The length of time taken to complete the test depending on the number of circuits to be tested, however with over three years spent purely on testing, your inspection will go as smoothly as possible.

As a rough guide for a domestic property, an average two bedroomed property would have eight circuits which would take approximately two hours.

After your inspection, you'll receive your Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) which will:

• Reveal if any of your electrical circuits or equipment are overloaded.

• Find any potential electric shock risks and fire hazards.

• Identify any defective electrical work.

• Highlight any lack of earthing or bonding.
